Generally we consider normal wear and tear to be part of doing business. We will negotiate compensation for major damage due to gross negligence.
Specifically, the oil in chocolate fountains causes permanent damage to linens. We provide a special set of linens for events where a chocolate fountain will be used. For other damaged linens, $25 per linen will be assessed.
